What do you actually think about southern europeans?

How do you see us Italians, Greeks, Spanish, Portuguese, in general?

In Italy, for example, we usually think you guys are always fascinated by other cultures, especially some exotic ones like ours, and that's always kinda cute.

I met some americans before and i always got along really well we them, you are funny people, but i never really understood what you really think when you know us and our culture.
