Leveling

Hi all, I signed a contract with Carpet Call promised that not much of leveling will be required. So only 5mm poly underlay will suffice. A bit of leveling here and there, just spots. Dont worry. Sign this contract. So I signed it off and $14.5k paid off. Thought to myself, great, we will have the flooring done. Product is Coretec, Barley color with herringbone in some area. Fast forward 4 weeks later, installers arrived saying the whole floor will require leveling plus the poly underlay. The leveling cost 5k. I called carpet call, they said they can't do anything. No refund, no compensation, nothing they could do.

Their advice is so misleading, just for me to sign the contract and pay the money. "Oh don't worry, there won't be much leveling, it will be fine, just sign here" What can I do now? I gotta get the flooring done because 2 kids and all the furniture has been moved, had to proceed. If I don't want underlay, warranty will be forfeited.

So frustrated with the whole process.
