Gestation & Birth while having Crohn's

I'm looking to hear from other women's experiences. I'm in my early 30's and thinking about the next ten years. This is a complex situation for me.

Aside from conflicted emotions about bringing innocent life into this garbage fire of a world, the older I get the more I think about having a child.

Although I'm concerned healthwise. I've had Crohn's my whole life, I've been on and off meds since my early 20's. I have an ileostomy so I no longer have a colon. How do drugs affect a developing child? I was told the drug I'm on right now (Rinvoq) I can't have a child on so I would have to swap to something else. Are they more likely to have defects or developing IBD themselves? Is being pregnant and giving birth with a Ileostomy scary? Complicated?
