Estes Ult Bug?

Many times with Estes using his ult often triggers the auditorial notification that it has gone off “May the Holy light be with you”

Often to find out it has not. I don’t know how many team fights this season I’ve gone into to mass heal. Hear the ult go off and only find out it never actually fired after death.

It’s become super problematic.
