weight loss drugs?

Anyone here gone on a weight loss drug with this? since getting sick with this i have gained so much weight and everyone makes sure im well aware of it , drs , family members especially , im in peri also which makes it worse , at this point i dont know if taking one of those could make this condtion worse , as even a cold a few weeks ago has transported back to it being unvearbale
