Nonpaying Tenant has eviction notice but still not leaving

Basement currently has 2 rooming tenants. One tenant hasnt paid rent since june. We went to LTB coart already and he was a no show. Eviction was already ordered and he was supposed to be out yesterday. Still hasnt left or paid, have had multiple conversations with him. Deposit for sheriff has been made but that queue will take 8 weeks.

What can I do legally to make his life absolutely hell to drive him out before sheriff comes? He works night shift so willing to do things during the day so he doesn't sleep during the day.
