[US/Canada] Made $7M from Salesforce and SFMC over the last 10 years. What now?

I earned $7M in the past decade working across Salesforce, SFMC, and enterprise marketing tech.

But here’s my problem: SFMC feels dead. The market is saturated, budgets are down, AI is replacing a lot of campaign-building work, and companies don’t seem to value strong SFMC developers anymore. I’m not sure what the “next big thing” is for someone with my background.

What should I do from here?

Is there a new stack, a new niche, or a new direction someone like me should pivot into?

Tech? AI? Starting a business? Something else?
