best CPU (and mobo) supporting reg ECC ddr4 ram?

As most of y'all know the ram prices are absolutely unhinged rn. Unfortunately the only ram I currently own is 2x16gb reg ecc ddr4 3200 (qiyida branded) which I use in my xeon e5 2680v4 rig. The thing is, my current x99 mobo doesn't have tpm 2.0 (nor even a header for it) so I can't play cs2 on faceit. I can of course buy a slightly newer x99 mobo but I feel like it's just sad to pay 70$ to get no performance boost just some anticheat (also it's gonna be obsolete once faceit stops supporting win11 cuz it doesn't really work that well on old xeons)
