How to commute via LRT/MRT?

Good day! We’re not from Manila pero we’re staying here po sa Parañaque near SM Bicutan

Gusto po sana naming pumasyal sa Trinoma and Eastwood and gusto namin mag LRT/MRT kasi last time I rode it, I was 15 years old pa 😂

Please teach us how to commute via train!
