Need help with FTDX10

Hey guys - Newish ham here. I just got a FTDX10 and I can hear perfectly on the 40m band but barely anything on 20/15/10. 20m is mostly white noise, 15m has isolated spots of almost distinguishable audio, and 10m is a wasteland with no activity in sight. I have watched videos on all the settings and have tried various combinations of filtering to no avail.

My antenna: Hyendfed EFHW Multi band 80/40/20/15/10. SWR is below 1:2 on all those bands according to my rigexpert. 80m has a sharp peak in the CW range but I’m not as concerned about that for now.

My old radio: FT450D. Was able to transmit/receive on all of the above bands with the same antenna no problem. Signal reports were usually 5 by 8/9.

I’m confident in my antenna based on my prior experience with the 450D, so I feel like this is some simple tweak I am missing with the new FRDX10.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
