Only received 1/5 items.

I’ve never had a problem with buying before. Have used it for years. This is the first time I have ever had an issue and don’t know how to proceed.

I purchased some sumo memorabilia from Japan, it was supposed to contain 5 items. I made an offer and it was accepted, however upon opening the package today; I have only received the main item (signature) and the rest of the items (posters and magazine and card) are not there.

I have contacted the seller and I am waiting for their response. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do if the seller doesn’t send the rest of the items as the only reason for purchasing from this seller was the extra items that were in the sale listing.
