Wtf is going on with the algorithm

My fyp gets messed up so fast like a week ago I had everything I like on my home page now because I hit one short of a police body cam vid im getting like vids of people getting killed and shootings. And there's just random stuff I don't want on my fyp. Is there anything I can do to keep it a way I like?
