Why do I lose more than I gain?

I can’t possibly fucking understand why I gain 15-18rr but lose 20-23rr. It makes playing ranked so fucking irritating. I lose one game I have to win two to get it back. That’s beyond fucking retarded. Yes I’ve lost 5 games in a row.
