Skates on glass that last more than 4 hours????
I know I’ve made a few posts about this topic before but I very recently started using glass again and started off with the stock superlight 2c skates. For about 4 hours they felt insane, nice smooth and fast. Then they turned to absolute shit, loud, textured and slow so I found my cyclone pros and put em on. Definitely was slower but not too scratchy so it was fine for another few hours until that also turned to shit.
Does anyone actually have a solution to get the ultra fast low static friction feel consistently for any meaningful amount of time?
Limited to 6mm skates or lower and I don’t mind having to replace them often as long as the skates are cheap on aliexpress.
Skates I’ve used: Tiger ice, magic ice, ug silences, cyclone pros, obsidian airs. All straight poop except the silver foxes which were alright but I can’t use them on the 2c anyway
