No First Layer Adhesion with Textured Spring Steel Plate from Amazon

Hey everyone! Could use some help. This is my first time using the Textured Spring Steel Plate from Amazon, and I can’t get my fist layer to stick to the plate. Here is some information, can add more if needed!

• Printer: Bamboo X1C
• Filament: Polyterra PLA
• Nozzle temp: 220
• Bed Temp: 65
• First layer is 25 mm/s
• Bed Settings: Textured PEI Plate (also tried the smooth pei plate / high temp plate)
• cleaned plate with windex before using

I unchecked the : Enable Detection of build plate position

Any advice or other settings to check would be appreciated ! Thank you all in advance!
