Should I buy 14 blasters of select 24-25 for 300$ or something else ?

I wanna get into sports cards and have been slowly purchasing singles I've thought were cool, i mainly got into it because I enjoy collecting stuff and playing basketball. I haven't opened much and was wondering if this would be a good set to get cool cards from my favorite players ( mainly jokic, Luka or Tatum), If this isn't a good set what would be something worth opening for these players?
