My FL5 was stolen last night then recovered in another city in Cali, what should I do?

My 2025 FL5 was stolen last night and recovered a few hours ago by PD from a neighboring city about 40 mins away. The car is now sitting at a tow yard and I'm heading over to my city's PD to file a police report.

My understanding is that once the report is filed, I can go over to the tow yard and inspect the vehicle before getting it released. IF the car is in driving condition, should I take possession or contact my insurance/adjuster and have them inspect it first? I have no idea what condition the car is in and my guess is that if its not totaled, insurance will try to repair it. IF there are no issues with the car and passes inspections, is it worth taking possession? Bummed about the whole situation but I think the ideal situation is that its totaled (which is out of my control) and I can try to pick up another FL5 in the future.

Should have installed a kill switch - lesson learned.
