which sub makers are safe?

I just kind of want to make a new list with new subliminals because I heard some of the sub makers put bad affirmations in it and I kind of got anxious abt it so pls help me out :,)

I also want to know which ones are the most effective and what experiences do you have with some of the subliminal channels?
