Does anyone know the origin of that sound?

Today I went to fix my bike in a workshop, they told me it was the bearings

When I get home it still makes a sound, it should be noted that the first time I noticed that the sprockets were loose, when I moved them as if I were going to remove them, they reacted to the movement slightly but enough to cause the chain to come off.
