Will Louisiana's Threshold lock Character.ai?

So If a website has more than > 33.3% harmful contents to Minors Louisiana lock the sites by wanting you to go through the ID verification before you can start using that site. So could character.ai gets affected by that, I live in Louisiana and I'm fearing that law could affect character.ai soon.
