Reassurance I'm not a bad mum

I think I'm just feeling it all tonight.

My little one has his 2nd round of vaccinations and hasn't been able to break his fever since. We had him up at out of hours due to it going to 39 degrees (on the advice of the doctors at 111) and whilst everything was signed off and doctor was happy with him and did just put it down to his jabs. I just can't shake the feeling that I'm doing something wrong by giving these jabs to him. Both times he has just not been himself and hasn't taken to them well.

Now let me preface this, I'm not anti-vax, infact I'm very pro it, and I will 10000% be getting him ALL his vaccinations. But, I still feel like I'm doing something wrong because how unwell it is making him. I done the calpol before and gave him 2 other doses. I just hate seeing him so unwell and I just feel like a bad mum. I am a FTM, and I struggle badly with mum guilt over the tiniest things.

Unsure what the point of this post was, just a very tired and anxious mum who doesn't want to sleep because she's worried about her baby.
