Lost Progress

Hey, so my ps5 was having overheating issues that caused it to shut down abruptly when it got too hot when I’m playing and I decided to take it to a repair shop. Apparently the issue was a liquid metal problem because I had my ps5 standing up.

Anyways, the main point is that I removed my psn account off my ps5 before turning it into the repair store, I just got it back today and when I redownloaded forza horizon 5 I was asked to relink my psn to my Microsoft account, once I logged in I was immediately greeted by the intro to the game. All my progress (over 200+ hours) had been lost and I have been restarted all the way to the beginning which has really demotivated to even play the game anymore because of all the hours I’ve put into this game. I already filed a support ticket and hope this gets fixed because I really want my cars back.

Does anyone know what else I can do to fix this?
