Laptop not detecting LG C4 OLED
anyone else’s lg c4 (webos 25) just randomly stop showing up as a wireless display for windows??
my laptop can see other random devices in my building (random samsung tv, roku, etc.), but my own c4 literally refuses to show up under windows + k. it does show up as a bluetooth device, but only as an audio device, and screen mirroring options are completely gone on the tv side.
things i’ve already tried: • fully updated both devices (no updates pushed since it last worked) • restarted both • unplugged the tv for 30+ seconds multiple times • confirmed both devices on the same network + same 5ghz band • deleted the tv from bluetooth + re-paired • checked every settings menu, there’s legit no “screen share / miracast / pc connection / share & connect” option anywhere • tv shows up in my computer’s network settings as DLNA / media device, but NOT as a wireless display • nothing changed between yesterday and today — no new apps, no router changes, no firmware update, nothing
it deadass worked perfectly 24 hours ago, and now the miracast receiver on the c4 seems like it stopped existing. idk if this is a webos 25 bug, a region issue, or if my tv is possessed lmao.
is anyone else experiencing this?
