Who could manage GTA Online better?

Whenever I get frustrated with Rockstar and the way they handle parts of Online, I end up wondering what it would be like if a different studio was making the decisions. Personally, I'd like to see the alternate universe where Digital Extremes is running, apparently they treat their community like royalty over there.
