Quit vaping 12 days ago. Used nicotine vape for only 2 months, weed vape for 4 years. Severely sick.

I’m on day 12 of quitting my nicotine vape and like day 2 or 3 of quitting my weed vape. I am severely sick. Granted my gf is also sick too and she still vapes. I have a bad cough, throat hurts and swollen lymph nodes. I’m trying to figure out if I am actually sick or if it is just because I quiet the nicotine vape. Any insight is appreciated.
