Gift idea for dad

Interests include bourbon, American history, poker, classic rock, and technology

On the American history note, I *am* in Philadelphia and he is not. I can go get something in person if needed, just don't want to get gift shop trash and wouldn't know where to look for something meaningful.

I have also gotten him multiple books recently, so I'd prefer to not retread that ground, which I do recognize makes this way harder. He was also given a subscription to historic letters for last Christmas that wound up being a bit overwhelming, and I got him a jelly of the month club subscription (it's his favorite movie), so I'd also like to avoid subscriptions of that sort.
