Master in Economics at Sciences Po vs. Panthéon-Sorbonne?
Hi there! I’m wondering which program is better/more respected between the Master in Economics at Sciences Po vs. Panthéon-Sorbonne?
I’m thrilled to have been accepted into the Master in Economics at Sciences Po, but will hold off on much excitement until scholarship decisions are confirmed as I can’t afford the fees. I also just received an email from Paris 1 about filling out a form in SMApply for Campus France for the Eiffel Scholarship, which I think means that I’ve been nominated by the university for the scholarship and have been accepted into the program, although I never received an admission decision email as such - all I received was the SMApply link to fill in the form for Campus France. Strange. I suspect the nominations by Sciences Po for the Eiffel Scholarship will happen a bit later (perhaps next week?), but your application for the Eiffel Scholarship can only be submitted by a single university so if I submit my candidature through Panthéon-Sorbonne, but Sciences Po also ends up nominating me, I won’t be able to get the Eiffel Scholarship through Sciences Po. I just want to know which program I should preference. Perhaps I should just put my nomination through for Panthéon-Sorbonne since they sent it to me first and Sciences Po might not even nominate me. Or can I withdraw my nomination application for the Eiffel Scholarship before 8 January once I know whether Sciences Po has nominated me? Please advise! Which program is better? Thanks you so much!
