tiktok return

i dont know if right flair yung gamit ko but my concern is, does tiktok allow return of items just because of change of mind? mali kasi yung size ng top na nabili ko. tama yung order ko sa dumating but nung sinukat ko na yung top, parang konting hinga or kain nalang luluwa na yung buttons. would they allow returns cause i dont want to but another top of the same design na different size lang.
