I am flying from RDU to IAD to Frankfurt. Will I need to go through TSA again at IAD??

For context, I am international citizen currently in the US. I only have a 1hr 40m layover at Dulles. I wanted to know if I need to go through TSA and check-in again since I am going from a Domestic to International airport. How tight will it be and can I make it in time?? TIA
