Recommendations for hand held consoles

Apologies if not allowed, but I didn't see it mentioned... Curious for recommendations on the best platform to run emu for switch, gba & 3ds, so psp amd maybe a couple ps2 games. Also to serve as a screen for movies when camping. Mostly lighter titles but would like to be able to play the switch for blems and ratchet and clank/jak and daxter types platforms too. Some older rpgs etc. I was thinking oled switch but found a lot of people saying there are better hand-held systems for running switch so thought I'd ask. I can get my hands on an oled switch for ~250aud and modfing costs another ~150 so looking at 400aud or under. Open to recommendations that don't include ali express or dodgy China sites preferably
