Help-Class not counting

I’ve completed 10 classes, but the tracker shows only 9. On Sunday night, I took a Power 30 class, but it wasn’t listed on my app. I only knew about it because I received a confirmation text. I had have the studio manually add the class to my account, but I guess it wasn’t counted? Solidcore hasn’t responded to my emails. I’m quite annoyed about this because I’m on vacation and can’t take an additional class. Ugh.
