Yesterday marked my 4-year anniversary of when I started HRT

Exactly 4 years ago at 18 years old, on December 8th of 2021 after years in individual therapy I started HRT, initially, it was the pill form of estrogen and spiro, then gradually my doses increased, and I switched to estradiol valerate, got on progesterone, and stayed on spiro, granted the progress has been slow, but I’m very happy that I got to get on HRT. I’m glad I’ve been able to take it for 4 years now. I’m glad people know me as Valerie instead of Deadname
