Bike Protest? On 31st?

Hey folks, anyone have any idea what happened on the 31st Street and 31st Ave intersection around 8:30 PM?

Saw like 200 cyclists blowing through the red light at St Demetrios and then when I walked up to the above intersection a few minutes later a ton were sprawled on the floor like they were in a car crash.

Thought it was a genuine accident for a few seconds but folks were chanting something

I wasn’t sure if they were pro or anti bike lane or something based on the oddness of the whole thing.
