Advice: watching gore ain't great

I haven't been watching gore videos lately, but I'm dipping my toes into the pool when it comes to the topic.

There is this youtube channel that makes videos of stickfigure animations that portray actual gore videos that do exist somewhere online;they even include bits of the audio which makes it more disturbing. I watched them out of curiosity, but watching stuff like that does affect how happy I am.

The world can be dark place, some people in the world are living in hell while some are living in utopia. I just so happen to be an extremely lucky person to not be born in a hellhole.

Watching those gore videos do give me some perspectives, but it will effect me mentally if I keep watching that shit it.
