Hello everyone, I'm u/OkRecognition119, and I'm coming to you with some important news regarding the safety of our subreddit.

My moderation team and a few of our dedicated, eagle-eyed members have recently noticed a slight increase in users who possess an inappropriate history, specifically those linked to NSFW content. This is something we take extremely seriously, as our paramount goal is to keep r/FNGifting as family-friendly and safe as possible for all participants. The Solution We're Implementing To address this proactively, I am currently developing and fine-tuning a custom moderation tool.

• This new tool is designed to identify and target users who have a concerning public history elsewhere on Reddit.

• Once flagged, these accounts will face an automatic restriction from the community.

• We understand that automated tools can sometimes be overzealous! Because of this, we will always offer an appeal process. If you believe you were restricted in error, we encourage you to reach out to the moderation team. We will review the situation thoroughly and determine your eligibility to participate in the future.

Current Status

The bot is still in the testing and working phase. While I'm making every effort to fine-tune it to be as accurate as possible, please understand that in the initial rollout, it might act a little too aggressively.
