Should I hide my diagnosis in my next job? Help please

Seeking Advice

I currently have some workplace adjustments which work for me but I can’t help but feel like some people talk to me like I’m younger than 21. They are also still quite strict on me and I don’t feel like I’ll be taken seriously enough to progress. I can mask better now and most people just think I’m quiet.

My old manager said she did suspect I had autism when I disclosed because of her own suspected autism and in her family. She said my manager before her should have investigated my behaviour more?

However another colleague said he “would have never known” when I told him despite his son being “mildly autistic”?

I had bullies in school ask if I had autism too so I just don’t know if it’s noticeable or not?

Even though it was my choice to disclose it- I feel like they know too much about me now and it’s more obvious. I did cope without adjustments beforehand so I don’t know if it’s worth not mentioning in my next job hopefully next year
