So the social media ban in Australia is in place

Now as a 15 year old, I for some reason have access to all my accounts, I am confused, perhaps this is due to all my accounts (including the one a parent has made for me) saying I am above 16, but I haven't got any notice of loss of social media and all works fine, so I am confused (it's 1pm currently) today the ban was supposed to go in affect. So what is happening there?
