What are the best BA/Bsc Economics (Hons.) courses outside Delhi?

Hello, I'm from Tamil Nadu and I'm concerned about the health effects of Delhi's air though not completely closed to DU. I want to know if there are better institutions outside Delhi. And Kolkata (my parents think it's very unsafe) which eliminates the best colleges in India. I want to do a rigorous course which includes quant based Economics.
