Household size issue

February 2025 I contacted a lawyer and we began the chapter 7 process. Single parent with 3 girls who i have 5050 custody off. Attorney calculated my family size as 4. Got to my creditors meeting in October...trustee said nah, youre a family of 3 since you share custody.

Now I have a presumption of abuse because my income is too high for a family of 3. But not a family of 4. I stopped paying everything last February...I was within the income limit to file a 7.

Has anyone had this issue? How did it pan out?
