AA CJO and a lil advice

American (AA)

I am so excited to say that I have received a CJO from AA today!πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ I want to thank everyone on here for their advice and kind words. This was a long process but so worth it in the end! I love how they revealed that we were chosen for a CJO. I also want to thank those who KINDLY redirected me to choose another F2F outfit. A lot of the people who received a CJO were dressed similar to me, black or navy blazer with a skirt or pants. I also want to say, don't let some people on here psych you out! I was stressing because I got make up on my white shirt and realized half way through that my shirt was see through. But my shirt was mostly covered by my blazer and it didn't matter as much as I thought it would. Nothing will ever be perfect and the recruiters understand that. They were so kind and overall it was a very relaxed experience. I went the day before and got a hotel, but there were others who came the day of and also got a CJO. Just prepare for a long day. I heard the same advice from a former pilot, current flight attendant, and a man who I sat next to in my flight who interviews others for a living, so I'm going to repeat that advice here even though it has been said so many times. Be yourself, smile, have confidence, be friendly and look people in the eyes. Also, follow directions, pay attention, and project your voice. Receiving my CJO felt so surreal and I feel incredibly blessed. I know the journey isn't over, but man does this feel sweet! Good luck to those preparing for their F2F, you got this!
