DOES SHE HAVE FEELINGS FOR ME ?

I (20M) recently started med school, and there’s a girl (19F) I’m interested in. We used to talk a lot, but our communication slowed down over the last two weeks.

I really like her: I invited her to a lunch couple of days ago and she never said no. I invited her again this week and she did not say no. Moreover, I took her to a famous tourist attraction. I can't tell if she likes me or not because she is friendly with all my other male friends. Perhaps she going on a lunch with me twice now may indicate something or it does not really matter because she would go with anyone. She is muslim as well just as me and egyptian. Any advice to impress egyptian females would be appreciated Moreover what makes a female lose interest in a guy in your opinion We used to talk quite a lot but these last two weeks we have been inactive.
