Canva to Printful

can anyone give me a video or advice, I have been trying to create wrapping paper (late to the game, ik), but every time I save it in Canva, it creates a low 97dpi. I don't know how to change that I've watched videos on YouTube, but no success, can't find the one that actually helps. ive selected the wrapping paper template in Canva. designed. save as png, slide the resolution to max to make it save at a bigger pixel, then shrink in prihtful, but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong? any advice? please? thank you <3
