Best snacks for GD?

Hii I have a coworker scheduled to get induced soon and wanted to make her a little care package before she goes on her maternity leave. I got a little something for the baby, but I also wanted to give her something to snack on after she gives birth. I wanted to include an electrolyte drink (like Liquid IV) but realized that might not be GD friendly 😅. Is there any snacks I could give her that could help restore her energy after the delivery?
