Dating Sims with Good Gameplay, with adult characters to romance.

Yes I am here to fill the void of romance in my life through games on Steam.

However, I just cannot do visual novels. I lose focus too soon.

Is there any games that focus mostly on the dating sim/romance aspect, but has some unique or fun gameplay mechanics that matter in some sense and keeps your attention?

Obviously Dispatch or BG3 fit this, but looking for more options.
