Career Pathway for Tech Consultant with Engineering Experience

Struggling with my career growth right now, 27M with 9 years experience in consulting (Degree Apprenticeship). Currently SM grade with a TC around 95k. I’ve put my LinkedIn on open to work and had a few interviews / offers but the pay is same as my current. Vibe at current job is comfortable and I don’t think I’m at risk.

Any tips or pointers to target a higher TC/ a better growth

I feel like I’ve plateaued in my growth here and I’m not sure how to push myself further. Considering changing industries.

Personal wealth wise I have: Home: Outside A406 London 2 Bed flat worth £360K, £150k remaining on mortgage Cash ISA: £40k (Looking to invest into a business) S&S: £10k Car: Paid worth ~£12k Married expecting to have kids in next year or two.
