One-Click Direct to Apple Artist Page from List of Artists

I’m fairly fresh to Marvis and I’ve been fiddling with it for the last ~24 hours. I’m loving the customization and it mostly fixes the clunky, enshittified UI issues I have with Apple Music.

There’s one thing that’s still eluding me though.

I switched from Spotify a few months ago to Apple Music.

On Spotify, I could follow artists I liked. Then I’d go to Library -> Artists. It's sorted alphabetically. I click any artist once and go directly on their artist page. This is my goal.

Apple Music doesn’t quite work like that.

I can favorite an artist, then go to Library -> Artists. But if I haven’t ever added any songs by them, I get a blank page with just the artist name at the top. It says "Add Music by [artist] to save in here, or start a station to hear similar music", with an option to start a station. The artist name at the top is clickable, but I have to tap that to actually get to the artist page.

I don’t want an extra page in between an artist list and the artist page. It's two steps instead of one.

In Marvis, I worked around this by creating a page of Album Artists with a rule where Favorite State is Favorited, sorted by title, ascending order. That gives me a clean list of my favorited artists. But when I tap one, it still takes me to that intermediary page, just like Apple Music.

So I’m guessing this might be a limitation of Apple Music itself?There is a View on Apple Music link on that intermediary page, which takes me to the artist page, but I’d really love to close that gap and make it a single tap instead of two.

There’s another issue too. If I haven’t added any songs by an artist and I tap View on Apple Music, I get an alert saying "Oops!!! Unable to Find The Artist on Apple Music". Then I have to manually search. If I already have at least one song by the artist in my library, that button works fine.

Is there any way around this, or is this just a hard limitation of Apple Music’s library model?

Also, I can't seem to find a function to 'favorite' an artist in Marvis, only in Apple Music app.
