Wireless headphones with no sound leakage?

Headphones - Closed Back

I have Philips TAUH202 and even despite being "closed", they provide ZERO isolation from environment sounds, sounds aren't affected in any way. By itself it's not a problem for me, but I wonder if sounds from inside are loud enough to be heard by people, if I just play sound with them not on my head, sometimes a quiet noise is heard, sometimes nothing, the border is thin. I mainly use headphones for watching TV series with volume loud enough to make conversations as loud as IRL. I have hearing loss (~60 dB) and have to wear hearing aids all day, I know it's possible to use hearing aids as headphones, but I'm not going to pay for a garbage toy making it possible (because somehow extremely costly Oticon aids from 2019 "can't" support Bluetooth without external devices) that is vastly overpriced due to the industry preying on grandpas.

What do you recommend then? I guess the problem is that the headphones are too small, not providing enough seal.

Considering:

PHILIPS TAH6509BK ANC

JBL Tune 720BT

SENNHEISER HD 450BT ANC
