Question

Hi everyone I’m 42kg, 156cm, and my BWD is somewhere between 10.5–11 (not 100% sure)

I’m in Sydney, Australia, and I’ve had consultations with Miroshnik, Dr Tavakoli, and Dr. Wessels (One Cosmetic). They’re all amazing in their own ways, and honestly I feel like whichever one I choose will do a great job which is why I’m even more lost

Most surgeons recommended teardrop 300–330cc, or round HP 325 and another surgeon XHP 295 I like the “fake but elegant” look, but I’m also very petite and I don’t want to look older or have the “balls on the chest” look. At the same time, I don’t want to go too natural where it feels like nothing changed. All surgeons recommended me mentor cuz I need texture implants to hold

I’m an A cup right now (maybe a full A), with a bit of breast tissue — like a small handful. Sometimes I see round implants looking amazing, and sometimes too “stuck on.” Same with teardrop — sometimes they look so natural and pretty, and sometimes too low or too mature.

I guess I’m just really confused and trying to understand what would actually look best on my body type. If anyone with similar stats or experience could share photos, implant sizes, or advice, I’d appreciate it so much. ❤️🙏
