Am I have a different experience than everyone else?

I feel insane looking at everyone saying their setting were changed. My settings are the exact same as they were before the patch all I did was change all the aim ease one to match each other. To me it feels the exact same they just added in more options for you to tweak? I can aim just as well as I've always been able to so what gives? I see a mix too of some people saying it's too easy and they have aimbot now and others saying they can't hit anything anymore
