Keeping track of meeting notes was getting messy, so I built autoinsight — and I need beta testers.

Hey everyone — I made autoinsight, a web-based tool that takes your meeting recordings and turns them into clean transcripts, time-coded speaker lines, concise summaries, and smart action items so you stop missing important stuff. It’s useful for teams, students, and basically anyone drowning in online calls.

Why it’s useful:

• Upload any recording (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, etc.) and get a fast, accurate transcript.
• Auto generated summaries that tell you exactly what mattered — no need to rewatch an hour-long call.
• Automatic action-item extraction, shareable by email.
• Collaboration: add viewers or editors with full control (minus deletion).

How it works:

• Drag & drop a recording.
• autoinsight transcribes, detects speakers, and analyzes the conversation.
• You get a transcript, short summary, and clear action items — all shareable.

Integrations & privacy

• It only needs an audio file, so basically any meeting software that provides one can be used
• Recordings are deleted right after transcription. Transcripts are encrypted and can be deleted anytime.
